Please allow 48 Hours’ Notice when placing order. We will accommodate last minute orders whenever possible.
The minimum guest count for each menu ordered is 15. The minimum food and beverage order for delivery is $300.
Executive Chefs Catering serve the entire Virginia and Washington Metropolitan area. Delivery charge is based on the size and distance from our kitchen.
Drop off orders are presented on disposable aluminum pans, disposable platters or disposable bowls and standard dinnerware at an additional charge.
Disposable wire chafers with heating fuel canisters can be added at an additional charge.
Groups larger than 30 people require on site-staff to keep the buffet line replenished.
Hot items require chafing dishes. We offer disposable and silver chafing dishes at an additional charge. Please allow at least 30 minutes for food to heat in the chafing dish.
We supply 10% above guest count on buffet dinners to ensure guests satisfaction. This does not denote an “all you can eat buffet”. Portions are standardized based on the average person’s appetite.
Executive Chefs catering is not responsible for the culinary quality or safety of any food we provide beyond the time of the function send or any food taken out of delivery location.
If the event is cancelled 72 Hours prior to date of delivery, 25% of the total contracted amount will be charged including any charges securing staff in advance for the event. If cancellation occurs less than 48 Hours prior to the event, 75% of the contracted total amount will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than 24 Hours prior to the event, 100% of the total will be charged in full to the client.
Complete implementation of event including, delivery, set-up, break-down, development of menu and quotes, staffing and all internal office time required to ensure a seamless event. This is not a gratuity nor do we pre-charge a gratuity.
Payment may be made in the form of cash , check., debit or credit card. Payment is due one week before your event unless prior arrangement has been made.
Local and state taxes will be added to all orders.
